About Me

I joined the Army in 1967, and that is where I learned the importance of physical training and self-care. Fast forward to 1987: I retired, and just 45 days later, my health and physical conditioning saved me from what could have been certain death. It took years of trial and error to regain my health to the level it was before the accident.

During this period, I experienced diabetes, high blood pressure, and cholesterol issues.

I tried everything—diets, pills, Weight Watchers, NutriSystem, Cold Fusion sessions, and gym memberships—but the weight always came back.

In 2019, shortly after my wife passed away, I had to take a hard, honest look at myself. I was 69 years old and weighed 257 pounds.

That summer, I had my shirt off while doing yard work and needed to wipe away some sweat. What I saw disgusted me. I knew I had to do something about my health. I had spent most of my life motivating others—now it was time to motivate myself.

After numerous surgeries and years of neglecting my health, I realized I needed structure again. My research led me to a program called ISSA, and that is where my education truly began. My studies in genetic-based program design opened my eyes to why my weight kept going up and down with every program I tried. With that knowledge, I have been able to maintain my fitness consistently and with ease.

My goal is to ensure that individuals who are serious about their health and longevity can look forward to a safe, permanent, and healthy lifestyle. There is a better, safer, and more economical way to regain your health—and it’s not just going for a walk, going to the gym, or following another diet.

Thank you for taking the time to read my story.
